Best training programs for greenhouse gas accounting certification, etc?

I am 2+ decades into an environmental/urban planning career, and hold advanced degrees (Masters and PhD) from long long ago. There is increasing need in my sphere to be knowledgeable about Greenhouse Gas Accounting, Environmental Social Governance report development, Carbon Disclosure reporting, Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures reporting, etc. What are the best and most affordable certification programs to help me bone up on this stuff without requiring that I go back to Uni?

As nobody has any better ideas I'll put my vague one in- if you need it to be certified, have a look at the relevant certifying bodies- I guess some of them might be professional associations for city planning, civil/construction engineering, architecture? and see if they accredit any online courses.

Best answer: There is a firm called Competent Boards that educates boards in climate issues....maybe one of their courses would be a starting point?
