Cookbooks with Nutritional Information

Please recommend your favorite cookbook that has nutritional information with each recipe (calories, sodium, carbs, fiber, etc.). Bonus points for a photo showing the results of each dish. The gold standard for me is Better Homes and Gardens New Dieters Cookbook, but I'm open to any and every style of cooking, including wackadoo fad diets.
It doesn’t have pictures for everything, but Pillsbury’s Healthy Baking has complete nutritional information. It was my go-to baking book before I went vegan, and I always thought the recipes were great. I believe it’s out of print, but it should be easy to find used.

Did some more looking through my cookbooks. The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen has nutritional information, but not a lot of pics. I've been happy with everything I've cooked from it.
The Happy Herbivore cookbooks (I've linked to just one, but there are many) have nutritional information, but not sodium for some reason. There are pictures of pretty much everything. You can check her website to see if the nutritional information seems adequate.

Every America’s Test Kitchen cookbook I’ve read has a matrix in the appendix with the info for all the recipes. And on top of that, they’re always excellent recipes and techniques.

There are dieting or weight loss apps for phones which have extensive databases of food macronutrients (protein, fat, carbs, fiber, etc). You can enter the ingredients of a recipe and the app will then tell you the macronutrients of each serving. The app I use is Loseit, which is free for basic functions including what I've described.

All the SkinnyTaste cookbooks have nutritional info. I love her recipes - they are healthy, easy to follow, not too complicated, tasty, and well-tested.

Fad diets, you say? I like this Primal Blueprint cookbook, and it has photos and nutritional info.
