These Tevas immediately stretched out. Can they be saved? Thanks!

Is that elastic cord? If the elastic itself has deteriorated (which happens over time even when stored well), then it can't really be unstretched. It seems like the best option might be to figure out where to get similar cording & re-string them.

By "immediately stretched out", do you mean they're brand new? They look nearly unworn.
If that's the case, I would be unhappy enough to contact Teva customer service. It's possible you just got a defective pair. They may also be able to advise you regarding repair; I know Chaco will repair any component of their sandals pretty much forever.
After a brief perusal, Teva's policy doesn't seem quite as generous, but they do offer a one year "limited warranty" covering manufacturer defect.
Good luck; those sandals are really cute and I bet they're comfy, too.
