Recommendation for calming yoga / meditation / acupuncture music on CD?

My brain is so disorganized right now that everything is falling apart. Like - job in jeopardy bad. I am working to create a morning ritual of meditation and yoga, and I want one single soundtrack to help establish that space. Trying to find something has been an added bit of 'overwhelming' for me. CD-only recommendations, please. Part of what I know I need is to be physically present, so no screens, not even to start a playlist. Huge thanks in advance.

Brian Eno's Thursday Afternoon was created in the early days of CD - so as to be a flowing, ethereal piece of music that lasted as long as the medium allowed.
Bonnie Grace's "Deeper than the Ocean"
Various by Ólafur Arnalds for example þÚ Ert Jörðin
Deva Premal has some good stuff like Gayathri Mantra
Meditations by Sunny Dawn Johnson
Tracks by Deuter - like Temple of Silence
River Flows In You by Yiruma
Abrete Corazon by Jano
Om So Hum (108 times) by Meditative Mind
Teach me to whisper - Liquid mind
Or - for something a little longer - Sleep my Max Richter - a full 8 hours.

Karma Moffett's Golden Bowls of Compassion and La Monte Young and Marian Zazeela's The Tamburas of Pandit Pran Nath have been longtime go-tos for me.

Best answer: Michael Gettel's "San Juan Suite" and "San Juan Suite II" are piano music with a sprinkling of whale song. My massage therapist used to play it as background.
Anything by R. Carlos Nakai. Calming, minimally distracting.
