what is this person's service that makes decisions for you?

I remember reading somewhere about a service where you can hire someone (a specific person) to talk with you, and help you make decisions. This was not a personal coach or assistant, this was someone who specifically billed themselves as a "decision-making expert who will help you make decisions." It cost a lot of money, like $100/hour. Can anyone find what this service is? Or news articles about it?
