Hope me send members expiring emails!

I have approx 100 people who have memberships to a service. I would like to set up something that will send them an email automatically two weeks before their membership runs out, based on that expiry date. I don't need upsells, added functions, tracking, metrics, or anything else; I just want to send them an email that I don't have to trigger manually/schedule, as I'm doing right now via gmail. Any ideas?

Not afraid of paying a reasonable fee for this, but so many of the options out there are price-inflated, when I just. Want. To Email Them.
* Bonus points if I can send an automated text message in addition/in place of the email. Located in Canada if that makes a difference.

Have a feeling you can do this with the calendar, by setting an event of their expiry date and notification 2 weeks ahead of it. But I haven't checked if it's actually possible.

Where is the database of expiry dates kept? I feel like this could be done with a pretty basic script. Someone on fiverr could whip one up for you

How do they sign up for the membership?
Mailchimp, or Klaviyo is free for this amount of subscribers, and easy to schedule flows like this. You would just need to connect mailchimp/Klaviyo to your current sign-up programme? Should be quite easy with something like Zapier of a custom script indeed.
