Parts for Giantex Portable Washing machine?

Where to get parts for Giantex Full-Automatic Washing Machine Portable Compact 1.34 Cu.ft Laundry Washer Spin with Drain Pump, 10 programs 8 Water Level Selections with LED Display 9.92 Lbs Capacity
I think it needs a new spin balance sensor switch.

Can you get to the switch to take a photo of it? It's possible the switch itself is not manufactured by or exclusively for Giantex, but is some sort of commodity part.
Also, apparently Giantex, Goplus and Costway are the same underlying company/manufacturer in China, they're just marketed under various brands. Some quick poking around with Google seems to suggest there are more resources under the Costway brand than Giantex. (But there may also just be more products sold with that brand.)
There are a few Reddit threads with people complaining about poor support and parts availability, so you may need to bust out the screwdrivers and do some reverse-engineering.

Costway has a US branch in Fontana, California. No guarantee they will answer your question regarding Giantex's product though.
