Information regarding shared image/likeness, service contracts

Hi. I'm seeking information or documentation regarding image and likeness in terms of contracts similar to modeling releases or booking agencies. I'm fairly familiar with relative terms, I'm seeking experiences from others. An example would be limiting a service to use/share only images provided to the service, without permissions to use other images. I am not seeking legal advice, just documentation.
