Which calcium citrate supplement is least terrible?

Do you have a Calcium Citrate that you have trained yourself to take every day and stick with it? I know there are all those delicious gummies, but I want to take Calcium Citrate, NOT Calcium Carbonate.

I have mostly stopped eating dairy. I also hate swallowing large pills, especially when I'd need to take 6 a day just to get the full daily recommended dosage. I am open to some kind of drinkable format, or chewy candies, or chewable tablets, but they have to taste not terrible. The reviews on [Online Behemoth Retailer] for those "Celebrate" chews are pretty decent, but apparently there is a strong metallic aftertaste. Can I dare to dream of a good tasting Calcium Citrate supplement?

If you are thinking capsules, lact-aid, meat, or green vegetables, that is not what I am looking for.

Natural Calm uses calcium gluconate, which may or may not work for you. I haven't tried the calcium version but I find the flavor of the magnesium-only variety pretty palatable. Might be worth a look if no one else has ideas.

I would look into Now Foods. They have a calcium citrate powder

Response by poster: Today on a whim, I picked up Bluebonnet's mixed berry flavor liquid Cal-Mag-D supplement from my grocery co-op. The verdict: surprisingly good!

I think the blueberry flavour is the best (and did try all of them). I am admittedly biased.
