Translations of Szymborska's "Autotomy"

Here's a shot in the dark: In Czeslaw Milosz's "The Witness of Poetry" there's a translation of Wislawa Szymborska's "Autotomy" that is different from the Baranczak/Cavanagh translation in her Collected Works that I'm familiar with. The translation is unattributed -- am I then to infer that the translation is Milosz's?

Probably. I've also come accross translations by a Joanna Trzeciak.
