Pricing an item on Bandcamp so I get exactly $1.40

I’m releasing a new single on the upcoming Bandcamp Friday that’s two covers. I’d like to price this so I get exactly $1.40 back (since I have to pay the music publishers $0.70/song). How can I price an item on non-Bandcamp Fridays so I get exactly $1.40 in return?

Here's Bandcamp's articles on their fee structure and payment processor fees. Note that payment processing varies depending on the amount charged, but for something under $8.07, the fee is 5% + $0.05. Bandcamp itself takes a flat 15% (unless you've already had $5000 in sales).

The equation you'll need to solve is:
x - (0.15x) - (0.05x) - 0.05 = 1.40

According to Wolfram Alpha, that works out to about $1.82, rounding up.

Also forgot to note that PayPal takes 1% of your total payout once that gets to you from Bandcamp, but bumping it up to $1.84 should account for that.
