App or website to take the thinking out of sprint triathlon training.

I have the time and inclination to work out, but I don’t have the time and inclination to pick a program and meticulously spreadsheet out my workouts. For weightlifting I’ve found more than one app where you just tap a button and you get “this is what you’re doing today” based on a well-respected program (e.g., 5/3/1). Is the same thing available for training for a sprint triathlon? Free or paid is fine.
A key piece is it has to adjust to me. For personal reasons there’s no way I’m working out on a Saturday or Sunday, so if I miss a Saturday run I need it to adjust however it makes sense - e.g., by moving workouts back. Or maybe I can just skip those workouts. Either way the app needs to not break if that happens.

BT gave me my start a long time ago. The plans are plenty simple and will get you to the finish.

Adapting to sprint: stay ahead on hydration, maybe consider one gel in the middle of the. bike, practise running on your legs after doing a bike training session. Visualise the steps of transition one (swimming to bicycling) and transition two (cycling to running) and practise then so that it's easier in the intense time of the race. If you can do the legs of the race, you can join them together. Good luck and have fun!
