Sealing concrete patio

My incontinent dog (see my previous questions) has been peeing on our unsealed concrete patio. It smells now. What can I clean and seal it with? Details after the fold.
We have a 24x16 unsealed concrete patio that the dog has peed on. We’ve applied many many applications of enzyme cleaner, which works for a bit and then it rains and the smell returns. My dad suggested sealing the patio. What’s the best cleaner and sealant for such a thing? We live in South Florida and it’s rainy season, if that matters as to when the application and cleaning should take place. Also open to suggestions other than sealing to get rid of the smell. Also, we are renting so anything we do should be within reasonable alterations. Sealing, yes. Jackhammering and replacing the patio, no.

Before you seal you will have to clean. TSP is the "heavy-duty" concrete cleaner.
Once it is clean, you probably want to use a penetrating sealer.
