Boston-area startup for transcribing community hearings?

I remember hearing about a Boston/Cambridge-area startup that used AI to transcribe community hearings, public meetings, etc. I've googled variations on this phrase and can't find the company. Does anyone know its name?
Was going to suggest AI-Media, but they're based in Australia (they do have operations in the U.S. and Canada).
Another handy search term might be CART, which stands for "communication access realtime translation" (the company you're looking for might offer an AI-assisted version of it).
3Play Media was founded by MIT grads...might that be the one?

You might check through the Alternative To Otter list and see if anything rings a bell.
