Trusted Building Inspector in Tennessee

A friend is helping her parents make repairs to help keep their house from being condemned. She asked if anyone knows of a good-human building inspector in Sumner County, near Millersville, TN. Thought I'd take a chance on the hive mind - any leads would be much appreciated!

Do your parents have real estate agents in their network of friends (including faith groups). We have found good people through good real estate professionals. I don’t know any in that area unfortunately.

I live nowhere near Tennessee and thus can't offer any specific recommendations, but this Consumer Reports article, How to Choose a Home Inspector, suggests places to find inspectors and offers a list of questions to ask people your friend is considering hiring. (Including people your friend might find via the methods recommended by childoftethys in their comment.)
