Reporters' Smartphone Recording App in This Picture?

In this image, the two reporters whose smartphones' screens are visible seem to be using the same recording app. Does anyone know what that app is? Just finding myself curious.

I don't recognise the app, but they are almost certainly using a transcription (speech to text) app rather than a simple recorder. Maybe Google Recorder?
