Website to compile/display favorite tweets, pins, YouTube vids, etc.?

I'd like to compile a bunch of media from different websites - tweets, YouTube vids, Pinterest pics, Instagram posts - and display my "collection" so I can show it to others. Like, "here's all this cool stuff I found from across the web on ". Does something like this exist, where I could basically embed and display them in an easy way?

Tumblr? This is basically how a lot of people used tumblr for a very long time. It's still going and can still be used for this.

Um, Sure!

Facebook does this! You can post whatever you want on your timeline.

So does reddit! You can post to your user page, or you could make a subreddit for your interests!

instagram does this too. Put links in the description.

Tumblr also does this. It's probably the closest to what you are asking, but also the least popular of the items listed above.

Response by poster: Sorry, just to jump in quickly. I should clarify that the key would be being able to actually embed the content, and being able to have it all one page for a given topic

So, from what is suggested:
- posting things to my FB timeline wouldn't really organize it other than chronologically, and can't separate things into its own page or topic
- Instagram links wouldn't be able to display

I've never used Tumblr before so I'll look into that. And Reddit probably would work as it seems to be okay for embedding content from other sites...though I'd almost prefer simpler - like, "here is the content I like!" versus reddit's layout with voting, comments, etc.

Thanks so far!

This almost certainly isn't the correct answer to your question, but I'm providing it in the hopes that it brings you closer to the correct answer, and that's Pinboard.

I've done something similar with Tumblr and IFTTT where anything I like/pin/star/whatever gets posted to my tumblr. I know IFTTT has changed somewhat since I set it up, so it may not work exactly the same way any more.

Notion?

How about just creating your own website where you can organize and embed media however you like? I make websites in Squarespace and this would be easy, cost about$100/year though. WordPress is another option. Google offers free websites too.

You can actually do all that in Pinterest. Just start a new board for your collection.

Sounds like Wakelet might work for what you want to do.

(If it seems familiar, it's the same basic idea as the now-defunct Storify.)
