Recommend a health app, please

Need a health app to track my gut woes (which include nausea), plus my diet, pooping, and all of the other gross and less gross bodily functions and malfunctions it is my displeasure to experience. Want an app that can help me discover any patterns related to my acid reflux, headaches, etc. What are you using, and what do you like and dislike about it?

This isn't quite a recommendation, but I tried out Bearable when it was in beta (and thus free), and it was one of the only Android health/symptom tracking apps that seemed 1) Highly customizable, 2) Had a more or less pleasant user experience, and 3) Wasn't super specific to one particular health/body issue. They may have pivoted to build in community and coaching features, which are a major downside for me but might not be for you.

I liked Flaredown (free; reminded me to note symptoms/make brief status entries, which helped) but there are so many nowadays.

I like Exist for its flexible tagging, automatic correlation building, auto gathering of environmental data and data from other apps (that you allow), because they don't sell your data, and because you can easily export your data as nice csv and json files.

Works best if your time unit is days instead of hours.
