An XP app to convert MADI to any other format?

Converting PlayerPro MADI files into something more ubiquitous, such as .IT, or .XM?
PlayerPro was an excellent tracker which is unfortunately Mac-only and saved in its own proprietary MADI format.
I have a number of partially-finished songs that I created in PlayerPro back in my Macintosh days. Currently, I use ModPlugTracker in XP. I had the foresight to convert some of the more promising stuff to .XMs (using PlayerPro itself) when I moved over all my files, but now I want to be able to get at all of the other songs once again.
I've found a MADI player for XP, but so far nothing that will allow me to edit them or convert them to a usable format, short of PlayerPro itself, which I can't run on my XP machine. PlayerPro is currently open-source, but any development on it seems to have been abandoned (too bad, the interface was far easier than any other tracker I've used).
Does anyone know of an app or method which I can use
on my Windows machine to convert these old songs into something I can use?

Response by poster: I was looking to be able to edit them still. I had considered getting ahold of an older Mac (though I think there is an OSX version of PPro), but it would be far handier to have something that runs in XP.
