Best tutorial for how to use a massage gun

I got a massage gun (Legiral) as a birthday present and am excited to check it out, but afraid that if I use it wrong I'll hurt myself. What are the best resources for learning how to use it safely.

The manufacturer doesn't have any in-depth tutorials, and I don't really know know how to judge the different youtube personalities

I have a Theragun and used the manufacturers ‘how to’ playlist on YouTube here. It’s not device specific, altho obviously features a Theragun. I was worried about doing it ‘right’ too when I got it, and a bit worried about hurting myself, but honestly it’s pretty intuitive.
