What can you do with four American dollars?

I have this earworm song stuck in my head US Girls - 4 American dollars . The chorus asserts 'you can do a lot with four American dollars'. It's a bit of an anti-capitalist anthem, but it makes me wonder. I thought some rolls and hot dogs would come to about four bucks. What else can you do? I'm asking for fun.
You could get a generic prescription filled at Walmart, if that's your idea of fun!
Rent a bike for a couple of hours from a bike-share.
Likewise ride the bus or subway somewhere unfamiliar and see where you end up.
Makeover with drugstore makeup.
Buy used books/dvds/games.
Feed several people at a soup kitchen.
Buy a baby chicken.

Some minor league baseball teams have dollar baseball days, and sometimes dollar concessions on top of that. So a baseball ticket, hotdog, popcorn, and soda for $4.

I would spend my $4 locally, so my top choices are:
One piece of sushi from my favorite sushi restaurant
Some delicious dumplings from 007 Chinese Food
A mini emerald cluster from my local magick shop
A bunch of old-fashioned candy from Vidler's

Four dollars would get me a nice pair of used pants from the thrift store.
Or I could get six cards there and six postage stamps and mail them.
Or I could buy sixteen pieces of maple candy from the local sugarmaker.
Or I could get a decent amount of candy on sale if I wanted until after Valentine's Day or Easter.
Or I could get four cups of (decent) coffee at the local McDonalds.
Or I could get a jar or peanut butter which would last me maybe a month.
Or I could get a pretty fun phone app/game.
Or I could get about twelve photos printed at the drug store.
