I love the NYT column "The Hunt." What else would I love?

I really enjoy reading The Hunt, which follows individuals and families in their search for an apartment or home in and around NYC. Sometime it's a hate-read (thinking rude thoughts at rich people throwing more money than I can conceive of at boring luxury apartments); sometimes it's a genuine pleasure to follow along as regular people find a home. What else would I enjoy reading?

Note: really looking for a reading and/or web-based experience here. In the past I have watched and enjoyed the tv show House Hunters, but I appreciate that the NYT column seems at least a little bit more "real" (House Hunters is so fake fake fake faaaaaaake). I also like killing time browsing Zillow and Redfin, but what I especially like about The Hunt are the human stories you don't get through real estate listings. Are there The Hunt-like columns in other cities? Other type of stories that might scrath a similar itch?

Toronto Life has two similar, but not quite the same

The Real estate section has a bunch of stories about houses people have bought
Here

And the life section has stories about how people spend their money
Here

You might enjoy the “Cash Confessional” series from Axios Charlotte (previously Charlotte Agenda) with reader-submitted stories out of Charlotte, NC, USA.

It looks like it might not actually be updated since Dec 2020, but has plenty of archived stories:

The Money Diary series is not real estate-based but it WAY fits the genre of “sometimes this is enjoyable and sometimes it’s a hate read”. People share a week in their life through the lens of their expenses. Still publishing three-ish times a week and tons of old content in the archives so if you like them you’ll have reading material for ages. There are also UK and Canadian versions here and here.
