Looking for an argon regulator with a digital flowmeter

I need to be able to dial in the flow of argon to a precise measurement, something like 28.5 SCFH. It's for orbital welding 1/8" stainless tube. Typically I use the 196AR-60 from Gentec, and I was hoping to find something where I could set the flow digitally.

I don't know how much money you are willing to spend, but we use Alicat mass flow controllers and find them to be very reliable. It looks like their MC-Mid flow mass flow controller may work for that range.
