Hi everyone, I'm looking for research, articles, books, anything that do any of the following in regard to burnout:
Talk about Zoom fatigue effects on mental health staff
Zoom fatigue research in general, especially any that lists strategies to manage it
Organizational responses to staff burnout/fatigue that are supportive of staff mental health
Any pandemic times strategies offered by specialists or researchers

Anything that answers the question: "What should agencies/organizations due to protect staff mental health and create a sustainable work culture with minimal burnout?"

Thank you!!

Here are some resources for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Unless you are new to thinking about this, most of the stuff being written, such as this promising article titled "Sustaining the Well-being of healthcare personnel during coronavirus and other infectious disease outbreaks" are going to just repeat what you probably already know about self-care and burn-out prevention.

Are you approaching peer agencies themselves? The logical process is to form common ground between providers and find inexpensive solutions all carers can access. As a practice, all therapists should receive clinical supervision.
