I've become fascinated with the medieval illuminations of Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry from 15th century France. Where can I get a 2021 calendar featuring these paintings?
Getty Museum This link has a really nice interactive access to detail of the Limbourg's work and some catalogs and books available through their bookshop.

Possibly contact the Domaine de Chantilly, where the original is housed. They have a gift shop, but no online merchandise listings.

If you have to do DYI and and want to have it made at a print house, Black River Imaging looks like it does tall calendars that would fit the design.
