Running a minecraft server with a realms-like experience

Is there a UI or minecraft server manager that offers a web admin that allows you to create servers and run minigames without having to know everything in advance?

I'm a little tired of our kids' Minecraft Realm and want to self-host, but I don't want to have to work too hard at it. The one thing I like about realms is the baked-in minigames. It's easy to switch on the fly and you don't have to install anything. Is there a pre-made server out there with a UI and a bunch of included minigames that we could run ourselves? Assume I plan to self-host in our house, probably on a windows box, I'm tech savvy and we have ample bandwidth and server horsepower for my kids and their friends to play -- I just don't have a ton of time to download and tweak a bajillion things. Ideally the UI would be simple enough that our kids could use it to choose what world or minigame they want to play.

AFAIK, Realms are Mojang-hosted servers through subscription. So there is no self-host option.

>Realms are the Mojang-provided servers that players can buy using a subscription-based payment. For $7.99 a month, players can get a Realm that will host up to 11 people, including the host.
