Give me your best Lightroom tutorials

I’ve been using Lightroom (badly) for years. I’m looking for some tutorials that will help me get right with the software.

I finally gave in and started paying for Creative Cloud, upgrading from Lightroom 3. This means I now have Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, and a phone with the mobile version on it. I never really learned Lightroom 3 despite using it for over a decade - I know how to do most of the actual photo manipulating from my darkroom days, but my digital workflow and organization have always been a mess. I think I’d like to blow everything away and start over fresh - build more logical collections, presets, automation, etc. I’d like this to include getting photos from my phone into the rest of the process.

Any suggestions on where to start? Written or video guides are fine. Thanks!

I can't recommend specific resources for you, sadly, but I do wholeheartedly recommend starting at your local library! They might have good books or online resources (for example, my local library offers access to Lynda.com, as Wichienmaat mentioned above, and they had a great and thorough set of lessons on Affinity Photo, which I'm trying to learn).

I don't know about "best," but I currently have tabs open for some tutorials on fstoppers.com and shutterbug.com. I also see a lot coming from petapixel.com.

On YouTube, Peter McKinnon has some decent tutorials mixed in with other photography videos, although his energy level can be a bit tiring after a while.

I haven't really curated my Lightroom learning, sorry this is a bit scatteted.

Response by poster: I ended up finding this learning series by Anthony Morganti which has proven to be very useful for the mechanics of Lightroom (this button does that, etc.).
