Happy holidays, corporate style

I desperately need ideas for my department's holiday email picture and the text to go with it, please hope me. The picture needs to incorporate about 20 people's isolated headshots.

A) Picture: I have isolated smiling headshots of the people (about 20 total people), access to Adobe Stock, and want to make something nice that says "happy holidays" without overt Christmas stuff in it, plus most of us are in Los Angeles so I'm not sure about snowy pine trees either. I have Photoshop and I'm not afraid to use it. There has to be something better than putting each person in a box and making a grid out of the boxes.
B) Text: Something warm and friendly that wishes people happy holidays, like two sentences. Suddenly I find I can't speak English; I don't know what to say at all.
Thanks for any ideas!

What about photoshopping people's heads onto a string of holiday lights, so each person's face is an individual bulb?

Headshots in boxes, but with bows on top of the boxes so they resemble gifts?

Text: The (___) department wishes you and yours a fantastic holiday season and happy, healthy 2021.

Superimpose holiday-themed COVID masks over everybody’s headshot. Best wishes from all of us for a healthy 2021!

You could spell out 2021 in headshot dots. Like:

Wishing you a safe and happy
2021 (real big in the middle, made of headshots, with or without a superimposed number or connect-the-dots lines)
From ACME Corp

This gives you a wide-open field for style - go mid-century, 80s laser neon, roadside diner, do it classy with stylized fireworks for a background or border, whatever.

heh, we did these for my kids' school flags.

put people's faces on:

* fish/squid/seastars etc in a ocean scene
* balloons in a bunch of balloons
* flowers in a vase
* raindrops or snowflakes
* ornaments on a tree if not too Christmassy

also love the idea of faces on gift-wrapped boxes above.

“Zooming into 2021” and then the basic grid. Why? Because I’m lazy

A) You know, the sars cov 2 is kind of head-shaped, right? We are all in it together.

B) Directly from a delightful holiday card I just got: Here's wishing you a fantastic end to a ridiculous year. [...] Prosper in 2021
