Country Song about Session Musician Who Wagers his Soul

In the song, the musician looses, in fact he says he knows he's going to loose.

I came across this several months ago in a discussion about the CDB's "The Devil Went down to Georgia." Someone mentioned that there was a another country song about a musician wagering his soul in a game of chance. I was able to find the video at the time and watched it (I can't remember the setting exactly, but it was well lit and may have been an all-night diner that sessions musicians would gather at after their gigs; on the other hand, a bar would make more sense). I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
