Bootstrap 4.5 + Sketch Bootcamp for Webdesigners

I need to give a number of web UX/UI designers a very solid crash course in designing for Bootstrap. We are trying to build a company-wide design system and have not been setting up artboards correctly in Sketch to align with Bootstrap columns, margins, etc. We’re all using different numbers and it’s chaos. If you had an hour to give an intro to Bootstrap (we’ll probably be going with version 4.5) over Zoom, what would you use as a resource to make that happen?

I am the only person on my team with experience designing for Bootstrap. I understand the grid system and breakpoints, but not well enough to explain them adequately to someone else. Anything that I can share as a visual reference so I can show what we need to do differently will be so appreciated. Thank you!

I found this 10 minute read on the Bootstrap grid system easily digestible by others and it had good visuals and CodePen examples. Doesn't touch on the Sketch part, but it helped folks on my team understand how they work under the hood.
