Hey Chicago! Dropped your ballot @ Truman College? Where's the box?

I have to drop my ballot at the ballot box at Truman College (46th Ward), and before I head out, I want to know where on the campus I can find it. I live nearby, but I'm not psyched about walking there and then wandering around trying to locate it. Thanks.

When I went to a different Chicago early voting location earlier this week, there were "VOTE HERE ---->" signs posted all around the building, so I don't think you'll have trouble finding the polling place. The ballot dropbox is a staffed site in the polling place, it's not just a mail slot or something. also, Truman College is a single building, there's not really a campus to wander around.

PS: you can drop off your ballot in any early voting location, not just in your own ward. So if you're worried about Truman College you can go to Welles Park (presumably the fieldhouse there) or the Broadway Armory, for example. I dropped my own ballot off in the "wrong" ward since its location was a lot closer to me, thanks to the crazy gerrymandering on the northwest side.

Best answer: Yes I did this. You know the main building south of Wilson, nearest the el tracks? It's in that one, but you have to go clear to the far southeast entrance. There are signs on all the doors along the east side of the building like, "<-- Early Voting This Way", just keep going and going, and eventually you'll get there. Then the drop box was prominently located right inside the door.
