Looking for a NYT article on work "fitness or health tracking"

I'm looking for a NYT article from the past ten years about companies partnering with health insurance and technology companies to track their employees health data and fitness data. A big component of the article was how the data was not truly anonymous.

There was a case where it was possible for the employer to figure out which of their employees was pregnant because they didn't have enough women working for them for it to be anonymous. It's possible it was not an NYT article.

Response by poster: Thank you for your help. I think I have found it. It was the Washington Post. Here's one of them:
