Musician harassing me after bad review

I'm being harassed online by a musician I gave a bad review to in 2016. I want the harassment to stop, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

In 2016, I gave a record a bad review. The artist stayed up reading my work online and even browsing my Etsy store to get fodder for mean tweets. (She deleted them; I have screenshots.) That review was reprinted for some reason, and the artist has sent two long, unhinged screeds to me today. She's been researching everything she can find on me and blames my 2016 review for her current state of hopelessness and despair. I want the harassment to stop, but I don't want to do it in a way that just encourages her.

Anybody have suggestions? I could try going to her mgmt but she probably does this a lot.

And at what point do I report to police, and do I do it to my own cops or the ones where she lives?

A variety of resources that may offer helpful information and support for a situation like the one you are describing are listed on the MeFi Wiki ThereIsHelp page, in the Online Harassment and Abuse section.

The police aren’t going to do anything. Lock down your social media, send her emails to spam, and Never. Respond.

Does she have a label? I’d start with them.

Response by poster: Updating to say another message has come in. I gave that login info to a friend who’s going to screen for threats.

If there are no threats, I might drop her mgmt a note.
