What thank you gifts are COVID-friendly for an office group?

My physical therapist and his staff have been absolutely amazing at helping me with a chronic pain condition and I’d like to thank them with a gift.

Before COVID, I would have done something like a fresh fruit platter or something food related. Flowers are ok, but they just fade and die. I’ve written a detailed thank you card, but is there anything else I could give them? (It’s a largish practice with 20-30 employees at a guess.)

A thank-you card to their manager or the owner of the practice.

Or if the PT is the one who owns the practice, rave reviews to the doctor who referred you to them and to anyone else you know who is looking for a PT. I keep a running log of "rehab therapists my patients liked" so that I can send folks to specific people rather than a generic referral slip.

I am in the same situation, and I thought about something practical like a nice pen on a lanyard and an indidually wrapped chocolate for staff members. Watching this thread for suggestions!

Individual snacks even without wrapping - cookies or cupcakes - would be acceptable at the hospital I work.

A flowering plant, maybe?

A big basket of various types of hand lotions that they can each choose one or two (scented and non-scented). Smaller sizes would be better so they can put them in a pocket or purse. Hand sanitizer use has always given healthcare providers dry and cracked hands but it is probably even worse these days.
