How does using Embedly, effect SEO?

If one uses Embedly, for a blog, as a source of content, will SEO be negatively effected?

It would depend how you use it - if it's creating JS-based "cards", like the NPR example ( (hosted on Tumblr for some reason??) that can make it harder for search engines to parse, in theory. If it's using the API to pull in images - well, you could end up with duplication problems, I'm guessing, but nothing fatal. The Reddit example looked fine from an SEO perspective.
