Standing desk that lifts from the bottom?

I have a desk that I really adore, and the top of the desk is set up exactly how I want it, and doesn't lend itself well to one of the many sit-to-stand converters that lift from the top of the desktop. What I'm looking for - and have not yet been able to find - is a converter that would simply lift the desk...FROM THE FLOOR. Ideas?

Hmmm.... Have you seen "bed risers"? They are for long-term height changes: you don't add them and remove them at will, they way that some standing desks convert. But they are cheap and effective! Most are like six inches but you can get exrta tall ones, too.

Here's an example product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004AGP0U0 (but not one that I have actually used -- we just buy whatever is tall enough at Target), in case you haven't seen them before.

Response by poster: I'm familiar with bed risers, but was hoping for something that was adjustable as I've seen some of the tabletop risers. Sorry if that wasn't apparent in my original question...

Here's an adjustable desk frame without the top? Then you would just have a weird structure underneath.

"Adjustable height table legs" will bring up more results, including products made for restaurants and warehouses.

I was also going to suggest getting adjustable height legs and attach them to your desktop. I have had excellent experiences with this company's products and customer service: https://www.fully.com/standing-desks/desk-frames.html

Ikea has an adjustable desk , you could just replace their tabletop with yours during assembly if the size works. They also have this electric one, which i have, and i really like. I also mounted my own tabletop on it. Here in Europe i was able to buy just the feet, not the top, from ikea.

You might want a lift table, which is a subset of scissor lifts. They come with different platform sizes; you might check out the ones intended for snowmobiles, jet skis or motorcycles in addition to pallets. Some are hydraulic, others raise via a jack mechanism, crank by hand or involve using a drill. "Stationary" models are probably better for your purposes; "portable" lift tables have wheels op and can be moved like a dolly.
