Do you remember this short antiwar animation from the early 2000s?

I'm thinking about a short film -- maybe about 5 minutes long, maybe shorter -- from the early 2000s. It consisted of highly stylized animation, with a color palette which I believe was mostly restricted to red, black, and white, and an aesthetic that echoed mid-20th-century propaganda posters. The soundtrack featured a man with a British accent delivering a series of damning facts and opinions about the U.S. military-industrial complex, and (I think) the Iraq War, and possibly the war in Afghanistan and the 9/11 attacks.

The animation basically illustrated and elaborated upon the things he was saying, with imagery of military equipment, maps, and pieces of text, with each image transforming into the next dynamically. I'm pretty certain the title of the piece was "____ Says", with the missing word being a man's first name. I've been racking my brains and scouring the interwebs for it, but it's not turning up. Any help appreciated!

First thing I thought of was End of Ze World, but that's not it.

I do remember this, but can't offer many other details. My recollection is that it strayed a bit into 9/11 "truther" territory. I'd have described the palette as reminiscent of the marching hammers from The Wall. It was, for its time, a fairly slick graphic production.

This probably isn't what you're looking for, but it perfectly hits a couple of the search criteria: Get Your War On. There are also a handful of animated GYWO shorts.

Response by poster: Here it is. Great aesthetics. It's not coming from a 9/11 truther POV, exactly, but it definitely articulates the view that everything the U.S. government does in terms of military and other foreign policy is carefully directed by the MIC.*

*From where I sit, it would be comforting but naive to believe our global plans are that well-thought-out and well-organized... particularly these days.
