Pixel 3A repair - in Spain, during COVID-19 restrictions. Ideas?

I'm in Tenerife, Spain. I have two broken Pixel 3A phones. I would like to get them refurbished by Google so that I can resell them. I can't work out how to do this.
Google's help page just indicates that 'wait times might be long due to COVID-19', with no opportunity to speak to a person about shipping them, fixing them, &c.
(How) Can I arrange for these to be repaired, ideally by Google -- I don't trust the local repair places, given my location and lockdown restrictions? Or do I need to wait some more time?
