Looking for online support groups for family of victims of drug abuse

Are there any online discussion groups that are support groups for family members of those who have died from drug abuse? My father in law passed away a few weeks ago and my wife is struggling with unraveling her conflicted feelings about it.

I wouldn’t say they deal specifically with people who have died from overdoses but I found the forums at soberrecovery.com to be enormously helpful when dealing with a family member’s drug addiction.

I’m sorry for your wife’s loss, and yours.

Nar-Anon might be a place to investigate. It's for families and loved ones of people addicted to drugs, and it doesn't matter if the loved one is living or not, or whether you have contact or not.

GRASP might be a good place to start - I don't know if all of the chapters are doing online groups, but it's worth checking out. They have a fb group that might be helpful, too. In my area, some of the local mental health agencies also offer support specific to family/friends of people who use drugs - including some grief support groups.
