Trying to remember book title, "I'm Ok You're Not Ok" or thereabouts

The book with this exact title that one can find easily is about personality disorders. The one I read in college and remember as maybe interesting was about immigrant women in support groups and was also, I think, a critique of self help movements of the time (the early 90s.) All I remember about the author is that she had, I'm almost sure, a name that struck my ear as Jewish. Any leads? I have googled to no avail.

Best answer: I believe the title you're looking for is I'm Dysfunctional, You're Dysfunctional, by Wendy Kaminer.

I actually remembered this title from the single mention a college instructor of mine made of it in a social science class back in the fall of 1992. But I can't do a complex math equation in my head because I can't remember the numbers for long enough, sigh.
