Two German terms I can't remember

It's driving me crazy not to remember these two German words. They are terms for two different world views: One is loyalty to/faith in ideals, institutions, abstractions; the other is loyalty to people, leaders, community norms, the in-group.

Google searches are getting me an unhelpful jumble.
