What is the original source of this meme?

It's not on KnowYourMeme.com and reverse-image search tells me nothing.

I see this meme with some regularity in online discussions of disability. Here is the meme in question. It appears to be from a cartoon and it depicts a blonde woman dressed in pink in the moment that her wheelchair is tipping over. It is not from any cartoon that I recognize. Does anyone know the original source of this image?

Best answer: It's from Jem and the Holograms. I can't find the exact still, but if you do a Google Images search for "Jem cartoon wheelchair", you'll see stuff from the same episode/arc.

Reverse google image search led me to this gif from Jem and the Holograms.
