How do I turn off the "quick share" screen on the iphone?

When you touch a picture for a few seconds this window pops up with various options to share. It has a bunch of text message threads from iMessage along the top. There have been a couple of occasions now where I've almost accidentally sent a photo to someone from this screen. I really want to turn this off, it is only a matter of time before something happens that is embarrassing. How do I do this?
