I KNOW! sitcom catchphrase

Nineties or aughties sitcom, I think. Female character would say “iiii KNOW!” and (playfully) shove the other person. What character, what sitcom? Thanks in advance!
Sounds like Elaine, from Seinfeld, saying "Get out!"

Best answer: Although she doesn’t do the shoving, Monica from Friends has this catchphrase.

Best answer: This is a compilation of Monica saying I KNOW.

From British TV (BBC2) in "Fawlty Towers"where Sybil (Basil Fawlty's wife) is frequently talking on the phone to one of her friends with her phrase "Oohhh, I knoooooooow"

Prunella Scales played Sybil Fawlty, and that tic is in more than one episode. For example, Basil and Sybil are in bed; Basil is reading and Sybil is on the phone with a friend. She assures the friend, "I know!... I know!... I know!" and Basil finally snaps, "Then why is she telling you?!"
Ah, I loved that show so, so much.

But the shove is, I think, Phoebe.

This was sort of a trope in nineties sitcoms; everyone is probably right and you could still be thinking of something that cribbed from these sources.

My immediate thought was Elaine from Seinfeld, as another data point, and there's definitely at least one episode where she shoves Jerry too!

No video, no evidence, but consider: Fran on *The Nanny*.
I think there may be some confirmation bias with the *Friends* and *Seinfeld* characters, because those shows have been much more heavily promoted and readily available the last few years. (Which is not to say that Monica didn’t say “I know!” — she did! But I seem to recall “I knooooow!” with a little shove being a Nanny thing.)
