Windows music player with smart playlists

Is there any good windows music software with smart playlists (not itunes)?

I asked this question in 2014 but then never got around to doing anything about it. (Wow, this makes me sound extremely lazy). What's good in music players that work on windows 10 to play local music?

My priorities are:
1. Smart playlists like on old itunes, where you can make an auto-updating list with combinations of rules like (rated one stars and not played in the last year) OR (rated two stars and not played in the last 6 months) OR (tagged favorite). This is the one thing I most wish I had.

2. Ability to sync to android without it being too annoying. Especially if the smart playlists are two-way syncable. This would be really wonderful.

3. There's one music control that I constantly wish I had: a button for "play to the end of this song and then stop." Do any music players have this?

I don't care if the software is free or paid. What should I do?

MediaMonkey has smart playlists in the paid version (Gold). It syncs with my iPhone pretty well - but I can't be sure the ratings sync back from the phone - you could test that in the free version. I see it is the first two answers you got back then as well =) I see MusicBee was also recommended and think it is worth checking.

Clementine is free and available for Windows. (I use it on Linux, have never tried it on Windows personally.)

1. It does have smart playlists.
2. Looks like this might be missing. The website seems to claim some level of support for copying files but not necessarily syncing playlists? Could easily be wrong though.
3. Yes, absolutely, there's a "stop after this song" command. So it's not just for the current song, you can set it to stop anywhere in a playlist. I use this constantly. It's great in combination with the "random song" smart playlist--I'll let it randomly generate a long list, filter out about an hour's worth of songs I really want, then set it to stop after that batch.

WinAmp does this is if you hold Ctrl while clicking the stop button. It also has a smart playlist feature, and probably there's an Android sync plugin too.
