Good online calendar solution

I need a web-based calendar solution that will sync with my phone. Any suggestions?
So far I have been using iCal in OS X, but I now am forced to use a Win XP computer at work, so that plan is out of the window.
I would have loved it if I could find any way to use my .mac membership to integrate my phone (which syncs with my mac at home, which syncs with .net) with an online app, so I could add appointments etc when I'm at work.
I could of course type them into my mobile phone (a Sony Ericsson 608i, I believe), but that just takes too much time to add a simple appointment.
Anyone?

Response by poster: Hi,
I did try a search for prev questions, but there were none that covered my particular combination of issues.

Response by poster: And Airset looks super, but only syncs with Windows, and only uses US carriers for the mobile bit.
I'm in the UK (I guess I shoulda said that)
