Can I eat this: Mariano's via InstaCart ground beef (time sensitive)

Hi - I ordered two pounds of ground beef from Mariano's via InstaCart. It's not supposed to be gray inside, right? Photo linked inside.
Is this okay, or do I have to chuck (ha ha) two pounds of ground beef? And if I do have to chuck it, do I register a complaint with photo to InstaCart or Mariano's? Since I don't know which Mariano's it came from, I'm not sure how to proceed.
Of course, if I can eat it, I'll keep putting quarter-pound portions into the freezer.

Best answer: Totally fine, assuming no other concerns (past expiration date, wasn't refrigerated, etc.)

Best answer: Looks normal to me, ground beef often turns grey inside due to lack of oxygen.
I would eat that, assuming it smells normal.

Best answer: I rarely buy ground beef but when I do, it always looks like that.
