In search of an engaging couch-to-5k

Looking for a couch-to-5k program that is engaging or entertaining, where it's not just a list of what to do every day, but there is some extra content that will keep me wanting to keep doing it. I'm open to different formats. My cardiovascular fitness is not stellar, but I'm an active person and have no major health issues.

Zombies, Run! Is the obvious answer - looks like it has a Couch to 5K version.

as penguin_pie, I can recommend Zombies Run. it literally got me running 5K from never really ever running and has an engaging story. just watch out for signs of shin splints as you begin to run.

I will third the Zombies, Run! recommendation. I have tried a few other couch-to-5k programs, and theirs is very well done in terms of the pacing of the training as well as just an awesome, engaging story. The writing is excellent as is the voice acting. I started with it 2 years ago, and now am an subscriber to the full app.

(I was a little worried that the global zombie pandemic storyline would not go well with our current real life storyline, and I would want to stop listening on my runs, but I'm finding it oddly comforting. Runner 5, Sam, Janine, and the good doctor are actually people I can relate to right now.)
