Anyone else having trouble upgrading their Basic Zoom subscription?

I've tried this several times over several days. I input my payment information and hit "Upgrade Now". And the form just sits there. No indication that the payment has been taken or rejected. What's the deal? I noticed also that the autofill default is messed up. The form fills in my email address as the credit card number which is wrong of course. But I erased that and put in my CC number. Argh. Any suggestions or help?
Best answer: If you're doing this on a desktop, have you tried using a different browser? If you have ad-blocking software running, try temporarily disabling it for the zoom site.

I had the same problem - changing browsers fixed it.
(Mac, most recent system. I had been trying on Chrome, swapped to Firefox, but Firefox is also the browser I don't have ad blocking/privacy protection extensions on.)

Response by poster: Hats off to you Belladonna. Disabling my blockers made it work!

I tracked it down yesterday to an ad-blocker somehow stopping the Google "not a robot" check. Usually those things come through so I wonder if Zoom is doing something a little non-standard.

Yes, it's the blocker. I had the same problem all week, and decided it had something to do with Adblock and that resolved the problem.

Yes, I tried on a chromebook with no luck, but it immediately worked with safari on my phone.
