Where can I buy half-height/"short" square plastic milk crates?

Where can I buy half-height/"short" square plastic milk crates? I know they exist (or existed), but I haven't found what I'm looking for after hours of searching. I'm also open to any non-milk crate suggestions, as long as the container 1) stacks easily and stably, 2) has a square bottom with sides around 13-14", and 3) can stack 4 to 5 deep in 26" of vertical space. I think it's a big plus if it doesn't need a lid to stack.

I just bought a small chest freezer whose deepest cavity is about 15" x 15" x 27". I'd like to get some stackable containers to make items at the bottom more easily accessible, and standard-size square milk crates seems like a great item for that. However, they're still kind of deep on their own, so I'd like to get some half-height plastic crates.

I know such things exist. My family had a mixed set of full and half-height square creates that we used to store toys when I was a kid, which I remember well. However the closest I've been able to find after hours of searching have been these half-height rectangular crates and these too-expensive half-height square wooden crates.

The Container Store probably has some good options. Here are Milk Crates

Also not sure if these are big/sturdy enough, but the Wide Tall Like-It Bricks might be a good option? I use these for dividers inside a storage ottoman.

I think a square milk crate is a "16-quart milk crate." Please do check out pinterest for chest freezer crate organization ideas, too; people are doing a lot with re-purposed plastic crates, Sterlite from retailers like Home Depot and Target, and inexpensive dollar-store type containers.

Response by poster: I already looked at the container store, and they only have standard-size 11" deep milk crates. I might have to make due with those, but I want something just as sturdy and stack-able, but shallower.

I don't think the "Wide Tall Like-It Bricks" would work. The space is deep and square, and I think it needs something square, with handles.

If I can find half-height crates, my plan is to have a standard size create at the bottom, then half-size ones stacked on top.

Dollar stores often have small versions of milk crates and plastic storage baskets that might work for you.

Here's a 4 pack of 15x12x7.5 at uline, they're a bit expensive but you could fit 3 of them stacked.

Do you know anyone in the food industry? your best bet would be small bakery crates, trays, etc.

I see these collapsible short crates at the farmers market. Perhaps ask their supplier? https://www.plasticpalletsandbins.com/product/rpc-64x19?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIp4mW_PD85wIVkq_sCh364wHuEAQYCiABEgKQu_D_BwE

Uline sells all sorts of stuff, including crates and milk crates. Not cheap, but they will be sturdy, standard commercial versions.

Something like these might work, or might lead you down the right path. They're 12 x 12 x 6. The sides don't look too slanted. I don't think they're made to stack, but they should do ok.
